Change blog title?

  I am new to wordpress and can’t even figure out how to change the title on the blog. Can anyone instruct me? Seems like it should be easy. I have another blog with blogger, but I thought I would try out wordpress for a change. Its really self-explanatory with blogger but not so with wordpress.

  dashboard -> settings ->
  you will arrive on the General Settings page
  The top slot is for Blog Title – type one in
  The next is for a Tagline – type one in or remove what’s there
  scroll to the very bottom and click “save changes”
