Change Blog user account, but keep blog

  I set up a blog under the company I work for. I want to move the blog to my personal account. I want to keep the name, so I don’t want to delete it.

  I want to move:

  tonymikla.wordpress.com and theraflix.wordpress.com
  currently under username: resultsphysicaltherapy

  to

  (email visible only to moderators and staff) username
  Blog url: http://resultsphysicaltherapy.wordpress.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
