Change Body Color, but leave Header Transparent

  Hi, I’m currently hosting my site on a local server, but basically, I’ve changed the body of my site to white so it stands out against the red background. But my header is just an image with a transparent background. Basically I want the white background to STOP at the navigation bar. How can I do this?

  You would want to change the background color for the header area separately.
