Change border color around photos/pictures?

  I’m new, learning fast, but a 27kbps (when snappy) landline connection slows my ability to check archives.
  I use Benevolence, and wonder if there is a way to change the blue pixel border around the pictures, to black.
  I know enough HTML to keep me happy with blogger, but, don’t know how to approach things here.

  You would have to include the border color in the html for the picture.
