Change business center footer text

  i need to change the footer text with the Business Center Theme. The code are listed below, can anyone tell me how to change the text?

  Hi,
  I am sorry but you have posted your issue in the wrong forum. You site is based on the self-hosted WordPress.ORG platfrom and not WordPress.COM.
