change canvas color

  hi! i have a question, i want to know how can i change the color of the canvas of my 2 blogs with css. I want them to look like this:

  my 2 blogs are http://ninten2.com it uses the fresh & clean theme and http://mermolandia.wordpress.com it uses the oxygen theme.

  i hope somebody can help me.

  If you have purchased the Custom Design upgrade, you can use the Colors & Backgrounds panel in the customizer to update the color scheme for your theme. See this page for more details:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/custom-colors/

  You may update the background color without the Custom Design upgrade if you are using a theme which supports it, such as the Oxygen theme. To try it, go to Appearance → Themes, click on Customize, and select Colors on the left.
