Change Categories In Header

  I imported another blog to my Word Press Blog and the categories changed on the header of my Home Page. I would like to replace the categories that showed up during the import back to what they were before the import. Can someone tell me how to do this? I would sincerely be grateful for your assistance. The blog is need help with is:
