Change CC for shipping payments

  Our CC is currently being charged by wordpress.com / woocommerce for each shipment. I would like to consolidate payments. Where can I change this setting.

  I am interested in using other shipping to save money.

  Also any advice on https://wordpress.org/plugins/pb-shipping/
