Change color of body text on page

  Hi There
  I have tried editing the CSS to no avail – I can’t seem to apply the changes to my pages. I’m trying to change the color of the body text on all my pages from the current default light grey to black #000000

  I think this is what you want, but it was hard to find any content text to figure this out. :) Edit the color code as you desire.

  #posts, #sidebar .widgets ul li a {
  color: #CC0000;
  }

  Thanks so much for the help. That did the trick – when I hit ‘preview’ in the css editor I am able to make the text black (instead of grey) but I can’t seem to get the changes to take effect on the live site. Have refreshed so it’s not the cache….

  What site are you talking about? The site linked to your name is using Hero with a black background.

  +1, you selected http://brookerobinsonwriter.com/ as the blog you needed help with when you filled out the help request form. The http://brookerobinsonwriter.com/ site has a black background and white text.
