  Hi there, please could someone help me as I want to change the color of my menu bar and cant find out how to do it. I bought a template from Template Monster and they wont answer my question.

  Please could you point me in the right directio as ive tried changing the css style sheet and this doesnt work.

  I doubt this will work, but you should ask Template Monster for your money back.

  External themes cannot be applied to a WordPress.com blog. There is no upgrade other than the $600 per month VIP upgrade that will allow this. Those themes are for WordPress.ORG blogs only. If you don’t know the difference, read the sticky thread about it:

  You can’t save changes to the CSS here unless you purchase the paid CSS upgrade. Do you have the upgrade?
