Change color of Menu Bar

  I want to know to change the color of the Menu Bar from black to royal blue.
  It is for the site: lozano4puna.com

  Hi there!

  You can do this by changing the 3rd color in the Colors section of your customizer:

  However, this will also change your page and widget titles among other things. If you would rather just the menu bar be changed, you can use this CSS code:

  #navi-wrap {
  	background-color: #000099;
  }

  Thanks so much for your help.
  I should have also add that I want to change the black in Widget space also to royal blue. How is that done. This is for the website lozano4puna.com

  Have you tried changing the color in the customizer? Here’s where you’d want to make that change:
