Change color of the menu icon (3bars) for the mobile version

  I am trying to change the color using CSS codes like:

  .navbar-default .navbar-toggle .icon-bar {
  background-color: black;
  }

  but it doesn´t work.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.
