Change color of top bar, footer and font

  Hi there,

  I Need some help with my blog http://www.we-love-to-create.net

  I would like to change the color of

  1) the top bar > into 382 C (green), white font
  2) the footer > into5415 C (blue), white font
  3) the headline and text > into 877 C (grey)

  Could someone help me, please?
