Change colour of footer.

  Hello,

  Do you know if there is a way to change the colour of the footer? I’d like the black part to be grey, as the social media icons on the side-bar. I’ve checked the CSS Stylesheet, but didn’t see anything.

  Below is the CSS you will use to change the footer from black to grey.

  #colophon {background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #646464;}

  Sorry to bother again, is there a CSS code to change the colour of the Footer Widget area where I have the Creative Commons disclaimer?

  No worries. Here is the CSS that will allow you to change the color of the footer widget area:

  #supplementary{background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #646464;}

  Also, there is a large border at the bottom of the main content area that matches the current color of the footer widgets. You may want to change that color also. Here is the CSS:

  #main {border-bottom: 18px solid #646464;}
