Change colour of menu
-
Hello,
I was wondering if someone might be able to help me, I’m trying to change the menu colour of the shawburn theme. There isn’t an option to do so in the ‘customisation’ section so I wondered if there was a way CSS way to make this work? Any help is much appreciated
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is a simple way…
In the WPadmin section – go to Appearance>menu> click on Custom link. In the navigation menu, type the following: <font color=”0x40E0D0″>Home</font>
I have used Home as an example but you can do a separate one for each of the words you wish to change by repeating the process. The colour code for the example is red, (I think), but you can change it to any you like.
Let me know if it works.

Hi,
Thank you so much for getting back to me, it’s not the font colour I want to change but the entire colour of the menu. It’s currently a greeny blue but I’d like it to match the red in our logo. Do you know if there is a way to do this?
Thank you!

It’s not something I have tried and tested.
One of the excellent staff might be of assistance.

Hello @wildandsontransport,
You need to upgrade your website to Premium or Business Plan to change the menu color in CSS.
