Change contact email on website and payment

  Hello, I need to talk with someone about my website. It was created by a friend who I know longer speak to and all of my inquiries go to her email address and I believe her credit card for renewals. I also can’t get into my website to edit it. Please advice. This is a pretty big problem.

  Oh dear, that’s hard. Would your friend be willing to transfer ownership to you?

  But unfortunately if your friend was the owner and was paying for everything, we can’t just take the site and give it to you. So if that is the case I’d recommend working with them if you can, or starting a new site.
