Change content of newsletter to my subscribers.

  Whenever I post something new I have a setting that automatically sends a newsletter (with the post details) to all my subscribers.

  So can I change the contents of these messages ? As in can I add my own custom sentences.

  Also can I bulk email my subscribers with a wordpress header about certain things ? And would such messages appear in SPAM for some subscribers?

  No, it’s not configurable in that way at WordPress.com. The “newsletter” is just a copy of your posts, not an actual e-newsletter as such.
