  Hi there!

  When you have a WordPress.com site, you don’t have nor need access to a cPanel.
  You most likely are using the open-source version of WordPress.org which is quite different. You can read more about the differences here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  Regarding your issue, I would recommend contacting your hosting provider and asking for help with the access. You can share your website URL and I’ll try to point you in the right direction.
