Change Credit Card

  Our renewal is coming up in a few days and we need to change the credit card. However, the change credit card link does not appear on our renewal page. How can we change our credit card now, before the auto-renewal date?

  Hi there,
  The sole owner of any blog is the person with the username account who registered the blog, who is the original Admin of the blog, and who purchased the upgrades for the blog. That blog owner can update credit card information at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

  Thank you, timetheif! I am a newly-added admin and we all assumed that as such, I was in a position to change the credit card info.

  The person who registered the blog has moved on, and I am her replacement. Do you know if there is a way to transfer blog ownership to me (and then to the person who replaces me in a year?).

  Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address. No matter how many blogs are created under any username account there will be only one gravatar and one primary blog that can be linked to that username.

  You need to contact the blog’s owner and have her act on this. You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades to renew them or transfer the blogs and the upgrades to another username account.

  To transfer a blog from one username account A to another username account B you must first log in under the username account A that owns the blog you want to transfer to the other username account.

  Then you add the other username account B as an Admin of the blog.
