Change CSS colours each part of the day?

  I have seen a theme which changes its colors at different parts of the day, does anyone know the code? is it possible to apply this code to the following theme: http://demusdesign.com/Choice/ ?

  Here at wordpress.com we cannot upload themes, we are limited to the themes under design > themes. If you are using the referenced theme, you are self-hosted and need to inquire about this with either the theme designer or over at http://wordpress.org/support/ .

  I believe there’s a variation of Sandbox available here that does something like that. I believe it’s called Diurnal Sandbox or something, but I haven’t used it.
