Change CSS on WordPress site

  Hello,
  I created a site with pictorico theme.
  I don’t find how to change size et colour of fonts.
  Can i access to css files anyway?
  This site is hosted by wordpress, it’s a sub domain.

  I read this :

  “Note: you must have either WordPress.com Premium or WordPress.com Business active on your site to be able to add custom CSS to your site”.

  I’m right? No way to change CSS in free site ?
