I have tried both debit cards Visa(INR) and MasterCard(Internation) but I unable to pay. error show me “The transaction was declined. Please try another card. ” please help me asap.

Hi there,
I see the four declines under your account. Particularly with Visa, the message we are receiving is
Your card does not support this type of purchase. I know the Reserve Bank of India requires Strong Customer Authentication. If you do bank with RBI, I would reach out and see if they are declining your purchases from us due to that reason.Let me know what you find out or if that is not the case.
