Hi @ebauger, we can’t see that site. Are you hoping to move it to our servers?

If so, please consider whether you’ll need to install custom / third party themes. If so I would recommend the Business plan.

The Activation Key is apply on the amuz.ca and I want to apply to the amuz.ca/preprod

Can you do that?

The plans that you see at https://wordpress.com/plans/ are for WordPress.com sites. It’s a managed environment and we are the host. There’s not any cpanel access to those sites.

It sounds like you might be getting confused between what happens here at WordPress.com and when running your own WordPress installation. With the WordPress installation you would have cpanel access.
