Change currency for premium account plan

    Hello. I am currently in Germany, but would like to purchase a premium plan with my American account. How can I change the currency to US$ instead of euros? Thanks.

    Does WordPress have a customer service at all? It’s been nearly three weeks and still no answer! Since then, I have arrived in the US and WordPress still want to bill me in euros instead of dollars. How on earth can I change the currency? Thank you.

    While we don’t have a customer support number, you will get direct email and chat support with Premium. I’ve verified that your account is set to pay in Euros. Cheers!

    Hello. Thanks for your reply, but I’m afraid you misread my post. I DO NOT WANT TO PAY IN EUROS, but in DOLLARS. I started my website while in Germany and am now back in the US, but WordPress insists on billing me in Euros. HOW CAN I PAY IN DOLLARS PLEASE? Changing the country in my credit card or Paypal account DOES NOT CHANGE THE CURRENCY TO DOLLARS.

    Thank you. It finally worked! You should really improve or clarify the way this forum works for new users. I tried to upgrade my plan and clicked on help to report my problem with the choice of currency. This redirected me to this forum, where I could only expect to hear back from a member of staff since my problem had to do with billing and there is no other way to contact WordPress customer service. And yet I never heard back from anybody until today, when another member was kind enough to tag modlook to my post. How on earth can new users be expected to figure this out when it is not clearly indicated on the forum homepage? It took an entire month to solve this problem. I’m glad this is finally over.
