Change currency to INR

I am building a blog for our website blog.dotmystyle.com. When I visit wordpress.com/pricing, I see the plans in INR but when I try to upgrade my site, I see the plans in USD. Can someone from the staff please help me?

    Hi there!

I’ve changed the account currency to INR for you. :)

I’ve also added a discount code to your cart. You can now go to checkout and proceed to payment to grab the discounted pricing.

I’d also like to take this opportunity to learn more about the site you’re creating with us. Would you mind telling us more about your new site? What’s the site for, and what features do you need on the site? Based on your site requirements, we’ll be happy to share specific guides and suggestions and help you accordingly.

Hey, thank you very much. Super impressed to see such an awesome support staff.

We are setting up our blog for our app. We want to use WordPress as CMS and manage all our content here. Still exploring what are the possibilities with the blogs on WordPress. If you can share any specific links that talks about customization, features we can do on our blog.

  • Hey there,

    That sounds awesome!

Still exploring what are the possibilities with the blogs on WordPress. If you can share any specific links that talks about customization, features we can do on our blog.

Generally speaking this is how to get started: https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-started-with-wordpress-com/

In terms of customisation – is there a particular piece of functionality you’re looking to have for the site? (for example a contact form, an additional store to complement the app…etc?)

It’s possible to edit the styles of themes, which can be done here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/using-styles/

I hope this is useful, and can’t wait to hear more.
