Change date over image in gallery (apostrophe theme)

  Can I change the text that is currently on an image in CSS?
  (see my homepage for an example)

  I’d like it to not say the date (“5 days ago”) but the category I’ve placed the blog post in.

  I’m using the apostrophe theme for my site.
