Change db language
-
Hello,
At site iguru.gr we use greek language and unfortunally cant not read the greek
letters directly at our database.
The reason is that the server connection collation is on ‘latin1_swedish_ci’ and
we like to be ‘utf8ub4_unicode_ci’.
Can you change it? Because we have not access for that.
Thanks a lotThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
I see that the domain iguru.gr is connected to the site igurudotgr.wordpress.com but it’s actually pointing to a CloudFlare site so it doesn’t sound like we can help you here.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.

I’m afraid it’s not possible to change that on WordPress.com end. In any case, as I mentioned, your site igurudotgr.wordpress.com is pointing to a self-hosted WordPress.org site iguru.gr. In other words, what you see is not WordPress.com. If you’d like to modify this site, I recommend searching for help at the community forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
