Change detail contact domain and transfer domain

  Hello I am traying to change mi detail contact into my domain but nothings changes ! And I need to update my details also I am traying to transfer the domaind to another company and also i never recive the mail with the code.

  Please can u help me?

  Hi there,

  I see that you have not disabled private registration yet. You can do that by going to Store > My Domains > Transfer Domain in your Dashboard. Once you disable it, please request the EPP code to transfer it. Also note, please do not update your contact information on your domain as it will lock your domain for 60 days. You will not be able to transfer the domain during those 60 days.

  I recommend transferring the domain completely before changing the contact information.
