Change dimensions of photos in Oxygen theme?

  Can I change the dimensions of the photos in my blog posts in the oxygen theme?
  I want to show the full photo instead of the horizontal cropped photo that seems to be standard.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Well… I am trying to remove them!
  If i do not add a photo, i have a greey horizontal bar!

  The gray featured image box in Oxygen will remain there until you upload a featured image into the posts.
