  How can I change the display of my home page to this:
  heyimnatalia.com
  (the title of the page as well as display of blog post from full post to date and title)

  http://heyimnatalia.com/ is a WordPress.ORG blog, not a WordPress.COM blog, and you need to be in their forums for help with that version of the software.

  Is your site hosted here on WordPress.com? If it is, you can choose one of the available themes that most closely resembles heyimmatalia.com but you will be limited with the modifications you can make unless you have a premium or business plan that allows for custom design:
