ok, but the domain was bought trough wordpress.com, you are the owners of the domain, I’m desperate trying to change the DNS of the domain, but only you can do it, please change it to:
PRIMARY DNS: ns.neotech.cl
SECONDARY DNS: ns2.neotech.cl -
To edit the DNS records for your domain purchased with WordPress.com, have a look at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/custom-dns/

When I did a WHOIS look-up for your domain (check https://www.namecheap.com/domains/whois/results.aspx?domain=fablabsantiago.org) it looks like it was registered through Wild West Domains, LLC.
my domain appears MAPPED, not REGISTERED, so i can’t change the dns.
I guess you have registered the domain name through Wild West Domains and mapped it to your WordPress.com site.

Hi there,
WordPress.com uses Wild West Domains to register the domain names. So, the domain is registered with WordPress.com :)
Visit your Domains page and follow these instructions to change the name servers (DNS):
https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/#changing-name-serversIf this doesn’t work or you have more questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.

@tony733t No problem :)
To check if a domain is registered with WordPress.com and the name servers it uses you can use the Domain Helper tool:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/ -
Fstat, thanks but i don’t have the option to deactivate WordPress as a name servers, i think the wordpress staff made an error when renewed my domain and i don’t know how to contact them.

Here are all the ways you can contact the support staff:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/I suggest adding the tag modlook to the right sidebar of this topic to notify the support staff.
