Change DNS

  Could you help me to change the DNS?
  I’m from Brazil, and my client bought a domain here on wordpress.com
  And now he wants the blog on a server outside. And I’m trying to change the DNS but no success so far.

  The new DNS:

  ns1.locaweb.com.br
  ns2.locaweb.com.br
  ns3.locaweb.com.br

  How can I change it?
  I tried something like this:

  TXT ns1.locaweb.com.br
  TXT ns2.locaweb.com.br
  TXT ns3.locaweb.com.br

  But didn’t work.

  I really appreciate any help about it.
