Change DNS servers on wordpress.com with free account

I am trying to change the DNS servers on a wordpress account (my client) to the servers on my server and I can’t find where to do it. I already looked here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/
The screenshot that is provided on the link does not help. I am guessing that with a free account you are not allowed to change the DNS servers? I don’t understand why because my client has a free account, but they also have a non-subdomain: three60fitness.ca and it renews every year.

If you’re trying to redirect three60fitnessstudio.wordpress.com to a different site, you can do so with a Site Redirect Upgrade:
https://three60fitnessstudio.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php
If they’d like the custom domain three60fitness.ca pointed elsewhere, as well, they can do so by changing the domain’s name servers at its registrar, Budget Names Inc..

I am trying to move this domain to hostgator.com by changing the DNS servers. But I cannot find where to change them. I found a support page to change them, but the screenshot had different options than this account has.
How/where do I go to change them?

As I stated, if you are trying to change the name servers for three60fitness.ca, you will need to do so at the domain’s registrar, Budget Names Inc.. This domain is not registered with WordPress.com.
However, if you want to direct three60fitnessstudio.wordpress.com elsewhere, utilize the Site Redirect Upgrade.
