  I would like to change my domain to rompiendocadenas.com (premium), when i want to update i can’t change the domain, accidentally i clicked the wrong one, and i would like to make my website in spanish too.

  To use your own domain with your WordPress.com site at https://rompiendocadenascom.wordpress.com/ you’ll need to upgrade to one of our paid plans:

  The support page you linked to explains how to change a free WordPress.com address to a different free WordPress.com address. It is not the right instructions for someone asking how to use their own custom domain with a site.
