  Hi, I want to change the domain of my website, which is currently saraimbesi88.wordpress.com
  I wish the domain to become saraimbesi.wordpress.com, but when I try to change, he says that the name already exists. The problem is that this was the domain that I created some time ago and then I deleted it. Can I go back to it? Otherwise, unfortunately, I can no longer have the site on wordpress.com :-(

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to reuse its WordPress.com address. If you delete a blog you will not be able to get it back and no one else will be able to use that blog address. You must be sure you never want to use the blog again if you delete it.

  There are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent. A verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. If you clicked it and the blog was deleted it’s game over. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
