change domain

  I would like to change the domain purchased from eloreenmoon.com to blog.eloreenmoon.com on wordpress.com. Eloreenmoon.com is hosted somewhere else but the subdomain is ready to link and make default. But I can’t change it. I don’t necessarily want to cancel unless that is the only way to be able to change it without incurring additional charges.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can map a subdomain (which is what blog.eloreenmoon.com would be) by following the instructions here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/

  You will need to purchase a new domain mapping upgrade for this new domain.

  Ok. Thanks. I’ll have to see what to do. I didn’t want to pay for another domain mapping upgrade.

  If you have a domain and a subdomain pointing to different sites, you will need two domain mapping upgrades, as a subdomain is considered a separate domain in our system and requires a separate WordPress.com blog.
