Change Domain

  I just started my blog today. I have two domains: one with Google & one with GoDaddy. I wanted to use the GoDaddy with my blog here because it’s the dot.com, but I inadvertently did the .net from Google.

  How can I change the domain? I’ve tried but had no luck.

  You’ll need to login to your GoDaddy account and point your domain to your WordPress blog.

  The instructions that @tryptc provided you is for domain forwarding, NOT domain mapping. We do not recommend domain forwarding to connect your domain to WordPress.com, as it causes several features on your site to break.

  The correct way to connect a domain to a WordPress.com site is via the domain mapping upgrade, included in all of our paid plans:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
