  I want to change the name of my web site from deathxdiabetes to diabetes fun. How do i do that.

  You cannot register a domain that has already been registered https://diabetesfun.wordpress.com/

  There is no expiration date on any on .wordpress.com blog urls unused, reserved or otherwise.
