  I am unable to cancel my original domain name and it’s still in the 96 hour time frame. Can you please assist me in cancelling my current domain name.

  Hi Alicia, I don’t see a paid domain associated with this account, or any paid upgrades for that matter. Can you log out, and log in with the account you used to buy the domain? Then you can cancel here:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  You can likely also log in using the email address that received a receipt.
