change domain name

    i have tried to get onto chat to chat with someone but it is not possible here, it is now at 9.53am on sunday morning within the 96 hour refund period to change my domain name, i want to change my domain name to a less commonly used name such as cooky99917432, can you please do that for me and confirm the request has happened or is that name used by someone else also. Sorry but i have never been through this process before so how could i possibly know of such difficulties until i have experienced it.
