  I used to use https://shahrinashaharin.wordpress.com but I change it.. But I want to change back but can’t

  That’s right. If don’t see the option to undelete the site in your dashboard then you can’t change it back. That address has gone. There were warnings at the time. The easiest option would have been to just add another free site to your account if you needed a different address.

  Hi there! I checked on the site and found it was deleted. This is why the name can’t be used again. However, the site was still in the 30 day holding period so I was able to restore the site.
  If you wish to use the site address again, you will need to transfer the content from the other site over. It’s not possible to reuse the site address. More on that here: https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/#use-a-word-press-com-site-address-you-already-own
