Change Domain name and recreate the website

    Hello, I would like to change the domain name of this website to something different. is that possible? I also want to do some changes on the website to make it more user friendly. What is the best thing to do? link it to you or start fresh? I am really a beginner in this and would appreciate any help/advice you can give me. Thank you so much
