Change Domain Nameserver from WordPress.org to New Host

  How do I access my nameservers for the Automattic registrar? I recently changed my hosting from self-hosted WordPress.org to a new host, and I was told by the new host to have my nameservers point to the new host. I need to adjust the DNS of Automattic, but I don’t know how to access them.
