change domain of self hosted blog at wordpress.com

  Hi there. I changed the Domain of my self hosted Blog for which I created a wordpress.com account and using jetpack.

  I moved my blog, but sadly the wordpress.com account is not updated. How to change the URL of the self hosted blog at my wordpress.com account?!

  

  The blog I need help with is mobizzle.de.
  The Domain is now klaus-breyer.de

  Look. Even in this support environment, there is my old domain “mobizzle.de” displayed, which is dead.

  It doesn’t look like you have connected jetpack at your new site. Could you check to make sure it is connected?

  Merging stats is a separate action. It can be done if your post IDs match up between new and old sites. Allow me to look into that and I will get back to you.

  Hmmm, I may be misunderstanding things. Are you talking about merging stats between an old wordpress.com site and a new self hosted site? Or are you looking for missing stats from the time period when Jetpack was disconnected?

  Hey josh,

  thanks for all your work. Everything in the stats is gone since I reconnected Jetpack and it created a whole new set of stats for me. So I looking for missing stats for the whole period before I reconnected Jetpack.

  The whole stats of the last year are lost.

  It was a self hosted blog all the time, but the domain has changed during last year.

  Stats can only be created when jetpack is connected. So without that connection, the stats are gone.

  But I was connected, until I reconnected :(

  The connection is required in order for any stats to be recorded. Jetpack cannot know what is happening on your site if it is not connected.

  Yeah. But jetpack lost not just the data for the few seconds when I reconnected it, it lost all data for the whole last year! :(

  You also had a couple subscribers under the old Jetpack connection. I have moved them as well.
