Change domain with personal plan

Hi everyone.
I just create my own website but make a spelling mistake. My plan is a Personal Plan.
I search on the Internet and know that in General Setting, there are WordPress Address and Site Address that can be modified to change the domain. However, I do not see them in my account. Are there any mistakes with my account ? If we edit the address in WordPress Address and Site Address, our domain will be really changed ?

This happens enough that they address typos in the support doc, so you aren’t alone. :)
Per the support doc:If you misspelled a domain, you can cancel it within the 48 hour cancellation window. From there, you can register a new, correct domain name for your site through your domains page.
If you purchased domain mapping and misspelled your domain during this process, you can cancel and refund within 30 days. Outside of that window, please contact support.
It looks like you are within the window, so this should work for you. If not, let me know and we’ll tag staff for assistance.

I have the same problem. Another support page suggests:
1. Login to WordPress.com and under My Sites select your website.
2. In the left-hand sidebar scroll down and click on Domains.
3. Click on the domain you’d like to change.
4. Click on Edit Site Address
5. Hover over where it says ‘imwithetheband.wordpress.com’ and you’ll see the option to Change blog address appear. Click on Change blog address.
6. Follow the instructions on that page.
I can only get to Step 4 – I can’t find Edit Site Address.
