  Hello,

  I need your collaboration with my newly created site, which I want to improve in order to use the domain to thecamino.com which tells me that it is available but only allows me to select the premium plan and I want the personal plan.

  How can I proceed to make the annual payment and change to the .com domain?

  You should be able to add Personal from https://wordpress.com/pricing/
