Change e-mail

My e-mail has been changed year or two ago (i had a long pause in blogging). I tried to change it to my blog, but it says that the new e-mail was allready in use. The old one is not in use any more (at least it is not my e-mail any more). When I blogged in WordPress, I used my new e-mail, I get in, but I can’t update it. What I should do. E-mail in use is: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

Hi there!
The email you provided is registered under a different username. Do you recall registering another account aside from the one you’re using? If you’ve forgotten the password for it for some reason, please fill out our Lost Password form to retrieve it. Once you’re logged into the account, change the email address of that account to allow you to use it in your current one.

I’ve forgot the login password and don’t remember the registered email id as well.
Is there any other way to get access to my blog.
