  i can’t change my email and also change the blog url also.. please assist

  For issues with changing your email address, you might want to look at this Support doc:

  If you are using gmail, also https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

  As far as changing your site URL, what is the address now and what do you want to change it to?

  thanks .. gmail is not the issue.
  i am keeping my original email but now need to locate
  USERNAME – in use..
  
  @msjennallen username is i swear i am the owner of it yet i had to create another with 1 at the end
