  I didn’t receive the email to change the email address associated with my account.

  Hey there,

  Did you make and save the changes to the current address within your Account Settings. For more information about how to access this section and make these changes please review the directions outlined in the following documentation: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-settings/.

  Once these changes have been made a confirmation email will be sent to the newly updated address. There should be a link within this email that you need to click on in order for the change over to be completed.
