The email address I used to create this blog will be deleted in a month’s time and I want to change it – I’ve followed the instructions and put in the new email address – but it just tells me there was a problem saving my changes. Can you help please?

What was the exact message you received when you were trying to update your e-mail? There could be several reasons your new e-mail won’t stick. A common reason would be because the new e-mail you’re trying to use is already associated with a WordPress.com account.

Thank you both of you – I changed the email address I was using – it didn’t like my @sky.com email – it wouldn’t recognise it.
